I commute from the Youngstown area to VIP Smiles to receive excellent, professional dental consulation and follow-up treatment plans. Moving from the DMV during the pandemic to Northeast Ohio, has been a significant downgrade in culture and lack of black professionals across the service sector and medical industry. Nevertheless, Dr. Johnson always creates a trusted, pleasurable, patient-to-physician experience. I know and feel that I am receiving quality health care from an established, knowledgeable, caring dental practice. After browsing through some of the comments, I'm not sure why some patient experiences are not similar to mine or better. "There is no one for us, but us." Please support black business!
